It was the early nineties when she drove my truck away from that shooting contest. My sister was part of my boyfriend’s plan to take me out to dinner, and to ask the important question any girl dreams of, I didn’t expect to get a phone call from my dad.

I became a cop after my sister disappeared in 1993. She was last seen leaving in my truck, it was later discovered at the side of a road. A road I told her not to follow. I know it wasn’t my patch, but when news of remains was found over the radio I had to go. More importantly, I had to know.
It’s her, it’s her. The question is the man convicted truly guilty or was there something else more afoot going on? As I returned for her burial I decide to partner up with a childhood friend who is now a local lawyer. He’s reviewed my sister’s case and also believes something isn’t right.
Now the Police chief is following me and wants to stick his nose into everything. What is he hiding? And why am I now chained to a concrete wall with no means of escape?
I’ve stuck my foot in the grave. Right, where my sister lay.
